Charms
Click a charm to add it, then drag it: it snaps onto the chain automatically. A hanging charm tilts with the two arrows at its bottom corners (drag, or click for small steps; double-click to straighten it). The padlock at the top right of the selected charm locks its position so you don’t move it by accident. Click a placed charm, then “Remove” to take it off. Your design is saved if you leave or refresh the page.

Truly personalised jewellery, not just engraved
Most so-called personalised jewellery is limited to a name engraved on a standard model. Here, you compose the piece itself: the chain, its length, the number of charms, their exact position along the links. No two creations are ever alike, and you watch the piece take shape on screen as you go — not a rough simulation, but the real rendering of your piece, charm by charm.
Each element is a piece of jewellery in its own right, handmade in our workshop on the Swiss border, near Geneva. You are not composing from a catalogue of images: you are assembling real pieces, which will be mounted one by one for you.
How to design your piece in 3 steps
1. Choose your chain. Necklace or bracelet: select the link style you like, then the length. Some chains are adjustable thanks to an extension chain; this is noted under the lengths.
2. Add your charms. Natural stones, mother-of-pearl, cultured pearls, drops, letters: browse the sections and place each charm exactly where you want it on the chain. A single charm for a clean piece, or several for a richer one. The fitting is included in the price.
3. Confirm your creation. The price updates with every addition, with no surprises at the end. You can leave a note for the workshop before ordering, and edit your piece from the bag until the order is placed.
Which pieces can you create?
- Personalised necklace — the most requested piece. A central charm for a discreet look, or three to five charms spread out for a bolder necklace.
- Bracelet to design — ideal for stacking and layering with the jewellery you already have.

Frequently asked questions about personalised jewellery
How much does a personalised piece cost?
The price depends on the chain chosen and the number of charms. A composed necklace starts at €35 with one charm. Each element added is shown with its price, and the total updates live as you compose.
How long does it take to make?
As every piece is assembled by hand after your order, allow 5 to 10 working days of making before shipping, then 5 to 10 working days for delivery in France, Switzerland and the European Union.
What materials is your jewellery made of?
We work with 18-carat gold plating, 18-carat fine gold gilding, gold filled and stainless steel, combined with natural stones, mother-of-pearl and cultured pearls. This variety of materials allows a much wider choice of chains and charms, and more accessible prices depending on the collection. The exact material of each piece is shown in the summary, below the add-to-bag button.
Can I change my piece after composing it?
Yes. Until the order is confirmed, the “Edit” button in the bag takes you back to the configurator with your creation just as you left it.
Can a personalised piece be refunded?
A piece composed to measure is made especially for you and does not carry the 14-day withdrawal period. It remains covered by our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Does it make a good gift?
It is the main use of our bespoke creations: birthdays, Mother’s Day, births, bridesmaids. Each charm can carry a meaning — a birthstone, an initial, a symbol.
How do I care for a gold-plated piece?
Take it off before showering, swimming and exercising, keep it away from perfume and creams, and store it in its pouch. Well cared for, the plating keeps its shine for years.
