We create jewellery designed to last. Every piece is guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects found during normal use of the piece: faults in assembly, setting or finishing that are not due to wear or misuse.

What it does not cover

Natural wear and the patina that comes with time.
Damage caused by knocks, water, perfume, creams and chemicals.
Loss, theft, or any alteration made by a third party.
Tarnishing caused by not following the care advice (see the FAQ).

How to make a claim

Write to us at bijoux.chauvire@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the piece concerned. We look at every request carefully and offer a repair, a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.
