Images and previews

All images on the website — photographs, renderings from the jewellery configurator and previews on a model — are non-contractual and provided for illustration only. Colours, materials, proportions and finishes may differ from the piece delivered, as each piece is made by hand. A preview on a model is a simulation: it says nothing about how the piece will hang or its actual size on the person who wears it.

Cancelling an order

Chauvire Creations reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order, in particular in the event of a stock shortage, technical impossibility of making the piece, an obvious error in price or description, or suspected fraud. In that case, the cancelled order is refunded in full for the sums already paid, by the same payment method as used for the order, with no other compensation.

Contact about your order

If a phone number is given when ordering, we may call you to keep you informed about how it is being handled (stock shortage, difficulty in making the piece, a detail about a personalisation, a delivery problem, etc.). If no phone number is given or the call is unsuccessful, we will contact you by email at the address given when ordering.
