Shipping & returns
Our jewellery is carefully prepared and then shipped from the Swiss border, near Geneva.
Making & preparation
As our pieces are handmade, a making time may come before shipping. This time is shown on the product page when it applies. You receive a confirmation as soon as your order is ready and has been collected by the carrier.
Delivery areas & times
- Switzerland — 5 to 10 working days.
- European Union — 5 to 10 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.
Order tracking
You can check the status of your order at any time from your customer account, under “Orders”.
Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you wish to return an item. Items must be returned new, unworn and in their original packaging.
- Pieces that are personalised or made to measure can be neither returned nor exchanged.
- For hygiene reasons, some categories (e.g. earrings) may not be accepted for return.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless we made a mistake or the item is faulty.
To start a return, write to us at bijoux.chauvire@gmail.com stating your order number. The refund is made once the item has been received and checked.
